Buyer Information

Miller Auto Auction welcomes both dealers and public buyers. Our auctions are conducted online through HiBid, providing a transparent and competitive bidding experience from anywhere.

All buyers are encouraged to review auction details carefully before bidding.

Buyer Registration

All bidders must register through HiBid prior to participating in an auction.

Registration requires:

  • Creating a HiBid account

  • Providing accurate contact information

  • Agreeing to all auction terms and conditions

 

Some auctions may require additional verification before bidding is approved.

Bidding Process

Bidding is conducted online through HiBid. Each lot will display:

  • Current high bid

  • Bid increments

  • Auction closing time

 

Bidders may place manual bids or enter a maximum bid. Once a bid is placed, it cannot be retracted.

Payment Terms

Payment is due within the timeframe listed for each auction. Accepted payment methods may include:

​

  • Cash

  • Certified funds

  • Approved checks

 

Buyer’s premiums, taxes, and applicable fees will be added to the final bid price

Pickup & Removal

Buyers are responsible for removing purchased items during the scheduled pickup times listed for each auction.

Items not removed within the designated timeframe may be subject to storage fees or forfeiture.

Auction Policies

All items are sold AS‑IS, WHERE‑IS with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items prior to bidding.

Title status, parts‑only designations, and special conditions will be clearly disclosed in the lot description.
